Easy and comfortable setting, I had good time.
Studio suite was stunning, the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very amiable and excellent throughout my visit. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and outdoor shopping mall, a good area, and outdoor shopping mall.

the suite was stunning and clean with a pullout bed and full refrigerators and a pullout couch. the location of the hotel was quiet - at a short distance from a shopping mall.

The kids loved the pool, and we enjoyed family movie nights on the smart TV with satellite channels-great for keeping everyone entertained after a busy day.
My children wanted a playground nearby for some outdoor fun.

Decent Stay But Customer Service Needs Improvement
The room provided a comfy retreat after long days. The hotel offered various dining options nearby. Initial assistance with my refund was frustrating. It's vital for staff to be more proactive in helping guests during unexpected situations.

Had a blast staying with my friends! The room was comfortable, and we loved lounging by the pool. We also had a fantastic time exploring the local nightlife and visiting the nearby parks. The hotel had great amenities, including smart TVs. I'd definitely recommend this place for a fun getaway!
One downside was the bathroom cleanliness. It could have used a little more attention. It was a bit disappointing to see that, but overall it didn't ruin our stay.

I was like I was at home! The kitchenette was a dream-full utensils for that late-night snack! Plus, the outdoor fire pit is the perfect spot for chill evenings after a day of exploring!

The room had a pullout couch. There were cable channels, a dining area, and a seating area. - I found the hotel's location quiet and comfy, right by an outdoor shopping mall, restaurants, and Slidell. - Everything was fine; my next choice again in Slidell.

The rooms here are pretty spacious and come with a pullout couch for extra flexibility. Located in a nice and quiet area that's safe. the staff are all super friendly and excellent at their jobs! 😊

The staff, particularly Celie, who worked at the breakfast area, provided excellent service. The hotel was clean and the breakfast selection was great. The location was convenient, right off the highway and within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall. The room was comfortable and came with a full refrigerator.
Nothing that we didn't like.
